These Terms govern your use of Synkroot ChatPilot ("ChatPilot"), operated by Synkroot ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using ChatPilot, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
ChatPilot provides CRM, unified inbox, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, automation, AI, campaigns, templates, APIs, webhooks and analytics. Features may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, permissions and account eligibility.
2. Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for account security, passwords, API credentials, authorized users and the accuracy of information provided to ChatPilot.
3. Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of data and content submitted to ChatPilot. Customers authorize Synkroot to process such data as necessary to provide, secure and operate the Services.
4. Messaging Compliance
Customers are responsible for obtaining required permissions and consent and complying with applicable laws and third-party policies when sending messages, campaigns or automated communications. ChatPilot must not be used for unlawful spam, fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, unauthorized access or other prohibited activities.
5. WhatsApp and Meta
Customers using WhatsApp, Instagram or other Meta services through ChatPilot must comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies. Synkroot does not control third-party API availability, approvals, limits, pricing, account restrictions or policy decisions.
6. AI
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Customers are responsible for reviewing and appropriately using AI-generated messages, workflows and recommendations.
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are subject to the applicable plan and pricing. Subscriptions may renew according to the selected billing period. Applicable taxes and usage charges may apply.
8. Suspension and Termination
Synkroot may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risks, abuse, unlawful activity, policy violations or material breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
ChatPilot software, design, branding, documentation and technology belong to Synkroot or its licensors. Customers receive a limited right to use the Services during their subscription.
10. Availability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Synkroot does not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery of every message, availability of third-party integrations or accuracy of AI-generated content.
11. Changes
Synkroot may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the website.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law.
